This role involves consistent, quality customer service to both internal staff members and external patients, actively managing calls to enhance customer experience and build relationships. The specialist will schedule appointments, assist with online check-in, provide tech support, document encounters, compile referral information, communicate with providers and pharmacies, make reminder calls, and provide information to clinics.

Case manage client questions and feedback regarding our products and services. Support client base through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience. Analyze client activity and inquiries to identify trends, proactively addressing common challenges and opportunities. Provide exceptional service to our clients and identify opportunities to go above and beyond.

Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, educate and assist customers and health care providers with Verisys services and data, and maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction. This role will be involved in all aspects of customer service, including solving problems and answering questions.

Provide timely and world class customer support to users via multiple channels, managing incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity. An ability to handle clients with a high level of confidence during all interactions is key, alongside LTHC Industry and PCC Platform Experience.
