• Assist and educate users on LexisNexis Risk solutions and services, focusing on call detail records and geo-location investigations.
• Build strong rapport with customers by maintaining timely, consistent, proactive, and professional communication.
• Advocate for customers by sharing their feedback and suggestions with the product and engineering teams.

• Assist members with quotes, policy inquiries, billing, and coverage updates.
• Participate in a Pre-Licensing Training Program to earn insurance license.
• Build rapport with customers and provide accurate solutions.

Help customers use TurboTax by delivering friendly and professional service over the phone; answer inbound calls at the customer service center; follow company policies and best practices to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer-friendly tax advice.
