The Manager of Clinical Informatics reports to the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO) and oversees a team of clinical informatics professionals. The Manager ensures strategic direction for Clinical Informatics programs in coordination with IT Executive Leadership, Patient Care Services Executive Team, and Quality and Performance Improvement Leaders, among others. They will lead the team, promoting engagement through regular meetings and ongoing feedback.

The ECM Clinical Manager is responsible for Clinical Oversight and Management of ECM Lead Care Managers to address the client's medical and behavioral health needs and social determinants of health. The ECM Clinical Manager communicates with ECM Lead Care Managers and occasionally with patients to discuss medication management/adherence, ensure follow-up with providers, and guide any crises. They collaborate with the client’s care team to ensure needed services and measure progress.

Own and drive our provider network strategy in a critical leadership role. Manage performance across a portfolio of ~150 imaging providers, lead strategic initiatives, and drive onboarding and expansion of our provider network. Lead pricing analytics, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term relationships to improve the network.

This role is responsible for supporting process improvement and dispute resolution in the Oscar payment integrity environment. The Specialist reviews, investigates, and resolves provider disputes related to claims, payments, contract terms, etc. This is accomplished by leveraging a deep understanding of Oscar’s claim and payment integrity infrastructure.

The CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement) Manager oversees the supervision of CDI staff, establishing and maintaining metrics and performance goals, collaborating with clinicians and coders, and developing policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include establishing work assignments, priorities and focus, supervision of CDI staff, and maintaining program metrics and performance goals.

This position assists with the implementation of MHN’s model of care across the system, provides accountability coaching to medical homes, and creates a culture of provider engagement through evidence-based practices. They also manage and mentor team members, evaluate practices against performance goals, and serve as a leader of the Care Transformation Team.

This role requires expertise in compliance frameworks within Medical Groups, Palliative, and Hospice Care settings. The director will monitor regulatory changes, conduct audits, provide training, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.

You will support the network accessibility, availability and quality of Oscar's Provider Network through the execution of specific network development responsibilities. You will work in collaboration with multiple internal partners, external provider partners to meet market growth, network quality and medical costs targets. You will support the provider recruitment, engagement and education function within the Network Management pillar of Oscar's Insurance Operation function.
