As a Technical Support Engineer, the first 2 months will be spent immersed in learning Neo4j’s products, support and other internal processes, and working support cases from customers to build up the appropriate level of experience. There will be opportunities to become deeply skilled in specific areas of interest within the product, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the Field Engineering team, including Support. Also, be an integral part of the Support Engineering team.

Serve on the front line, providing customers with professional technical support services for MongoDB, resolving complex problems for demanding deployments. Form the backbone of our MongoDB support organization, assisting fellow support engineers, leading in content creation, collaborating with other departments, and impacting product strategy.

The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be based in Ireland or the UK. Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues. Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customer’s systems.

This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Linux systems, networking, and automation. You will be responsible for managing mission-critical infrastructure supporting real-time financial market data. You will ensure high system availability, low-latency performance, and robust security across production environments while driving automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues, troubleshooting customer issues remotely, and driving customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure are all aspects of this job. Provide root cause analysis for technical issues! Assist with creating and maintaining relevant knowledge articles. Work with other internal stakeholders as needed to enhance the overall customer experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills promote best practise and new methodologies.

Looking for a Senior IT Engineer to be the first point of contact in supporting our employees at Assured, reporting to the IT Manager, you'll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day IT Operations running smoothly. Help everyone on the team get the technology and access they need to do their best work, guide new hires through their first day setup, solve technical problems as they come up, and help us build better systems along the way. You will work with industry leading customers in maintaining Illumio’s technology deployments and will be responsible for logging and updating cases, informing customers of the case status and providing solution(s) as they become known, in a professional, timely manner, over the lifetime of the support request. Escalation Engineers need to understand customer systems and configurations, analyze problems/defects and recommend solutions.
