Provide technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. In this client-facing role, you'll configure, test, and ensure the Intelerad solutions are operational. Work closely with project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure the effective use of PACS and HL7 interfaces to improve patient care.

Provide tier 1 support for all end users remotely, diagnose and resolve technical issues including those related to macOS and Windows and Linux, audiovisual systems, office networks, peripherals, and software.

This role involves maintaining and updating our preproduction environments, as well as supporting the software engineers in maintaining the Linux based development ecosystem.

Provide remote technical support to all Camunda employees. Administration of tools, including Okta, Jira/Confluence and Office365 systems. Smoothly manage on- and off boarding, including hardware provisioning. Keep an up-to-date and secure IT infrastructure and documentation of infrastructure components.
