Examines and makes recommendations for improvement to a licensee’s practice regarding practice management, the licensee’s knowledge, skill and judgment, attention to the interests of clients, and the records, systems and procedures of the licensee’s professional business. The role requires an LLB or JD and a class L1 licence with the Law Society of Ontario, and a minimum of 5 years related experience in private legal practice.

This role will support US and Canada cosmetic and OTC product and site registrations. This role will establish comprehensive regulatory overviews for cosmetics and OTC products; as well documenting processes to complete each phase of notification and registration. This role also supports regulatory across product development, claims review, registration, packaging compliance, EPR and sustainability.

As a Field SIU Specialist, you will conduct on-site investigations of claims, collecting statements, and gathering various forms of evidence to determine fraud; you'll also educate staff, clients, and brokers on fraud and deliver customized fraud detection and avoidance training.

You’ll help assess regulatory applicability and design and execute both manual and automated compliance tests.
