Draft, review, negotiate and coordinate new and existing agreements, including renewals, amendments and terminations. Manage and monitor the full life-cycle contractual process from creation to signing, tracking and archiving. Support sales cycle processes by negotiating commercial and contractual outcomes with Sales and in pre-renewals with customer success.

You’ll be responsible for building and leading Lyric’s legal function from the ground up, with a focus on supporting our global enterprise growth and ensuring our business operates with both speed and confidence. As our go-to expert for commercial contracts and compliance, you’ll set the bar for negotiating with large enterprises, balancing risk with opportunity, and protecting Lyric’s long-term interests.

The Data Privacy & Protection officer will support the Director in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s data protection framework in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, the NDP Act - GAID, and other relevant data privacy regulations. The role provides day-to-day assistance in monitoring data processing activities, handling customer privacy rights requests, conducting awareness training, and supporting privacy risk management across Moniepoint MFB’s operations.

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening StarRez’s security and compliance posture while fostering trust across our global community of customers. In this role, the analyst will work both independently and collaboratively across teams to identify, track and close out security, privacy and compliance issues ranging from ongoing program activities to technical remediation tasks that arise in day-to-day operations.

The Commercial Operations team enables organic and inorganic growth through contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation. Your role is to support the Adaptavist Germany General Counsel with contract and legal matters, specifically contract reviews and negotiations. You will also support contract operations, compliance topics, and data protection.

The role involves providing advice to teams on data protection issues, analyzing compliance risks, and developing internal data protection guidelines.

Take ownership of customer and vendor contract negotiations and be responsible for supporting the go-to-market team in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective customers. They will also manage other legal issues with the aid of specialized outside counsel. Act as lead negotiator for complex transactions, negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts and subcontracts.

This unique role integrates the in-depth legal expertise of an attorney with the adaptable, client-focused approach of a consultant. As a part of Harbor's VGS team, you will work closely with project team members and client personnel, facilitating the review of vendor contracts, supporting negotiations with vendors to optimize terms and conditions, and adhering to both the client’s and VGS’ contracts administration process.
