The Contracts Manager is primarily responsible for independently reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts while also managing and coordinating the full contracts cycle. This role will partner with all levels and functions of the business to help AlphaSense achieve its high-growth goals and will have an immediate impact on our dynamic, fast-paced culture.

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Policy Liaison with experience in drafting comments for public consultations, preparing briefings, memos, presentations, conducting research, and keeping all business stakeholder teams informed. Specific LATAM experience related to network fees, telecom policy, and/or telecom regulatory environments is required.

Support internal business partners and assist on a broad variety of corporate legal matters. You’ll help manage corporate governance and transactional matters while also collaborating and advising cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, ready to grow, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, quickly-changing environment.

The Assistant General Counsel will collaborate with HR and operations to provide guidance on labor and employment matters, including employee relations, policies, and workplace compliance; act as a legal liaison between HR, operations, and other internal departments to ensure compliance with employment and healthcare regulations; assist with internal investigations, policy development, and legal risk assessments; and support litigation and dispute resolution efforts.
