The Team Lead, Payroll Compliance will ensure payroll and tax compliance across EMEA, aligning processes with legal requirements. You will lead a team of experts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide compliance insights to support payroll system development. Staying informed on relevant legislative changes, you will ensure systems are updated and proactively address compliance risks.

As a Contracts Manager you will review, draft, redline and manage a wide range of commercial contracts. You will act as a liaison between Legal, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution. You will proactively identify and resolve contract issues, escalating when necessary. The ideal candidate will influence cross-functional partners and help drive decision-making by presenting contract-related insights and implications.

Support the growing Dlocal operations as a Compliance Specialist. This role involves merchant onboarding, day-to-day and ongoing documentation for KYC purposes, and key internal controls. Responsibilities include the merchant underwriting process, ongoing monitoring, transaction monitoring for AML issues, periodic reviews, and maintaining relationships with banking providers and key partners.

This position will lead real estate work streams on multiple large scale projects, including land diligence efforts in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The Land Due Diligence team collaborates with development, engineering, permitting, real estate legal, and land acquisitions.
