This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies to support Smartsheet’s mission, values, and business goals, accelerating business transformation by driving responsible spend management and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Lead and integrate procurement operations while incorporating sustainability initiatives across the organization. This role is central to driving cost efficiency, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring procurement strategies that align with both business goals and sustainability objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement leadership and vendor management.

The Regional Campaign Director (RCD) works with colleagues at local PP organizations to advance a shared agenda and run campaigns to achieve policy and advocacy goals. They adapt campaign models for specific state and local PP advocacy and political organizations to build political power and win electoral campaigns. They work with internal and external partners, and collaborate with colleagues nationally as well as local PP organizations.

The Director of Credentialing and Compliance will own the credentialing function, including managing the credentialing team, implementing new credentialing tools, and leading accreditation compliance, reporting to the Sr. Director, Network Growth Operations, and partnering with various teams such as Onboarding, Recruiting, and Legal.

Ensure accurate coding, compliance, and efficient claims processing by reviewing and coding medical documentation while supporting billing functions as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of OCD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding, particularly in Medicaid, managed care, and value-based care settings. They will work closely with providers, billing teams, and insurance payers.

In Procurement, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of procurement strategies that align with company objectives. You’ll work closely with procurement leadership to manage sourcing processes, optimize vendor performance, and implement best practices across the organization. This role requires analytical skills and strategic thinking.

Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion. Drive contract extension/new vendor on-boarding. Handles monthly billing, forecasting and usage tracking while ensuring cost effectiveness of all vendors. Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors, deploy segment knowledge and insights to create strategy for business growth.

In this role, the Operational Excellence Partner will provide support across the University of Chicago Health System, engaging staff and leaders to improve operational performance and drive cultural change, enhancing care delivery and patient experience through management system and operational work process improvements.

This role requires deep knowledge of cannabis procurement, pricing trends, lab testing, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, market insights, and the ability to travel frequently within the region to inspect, validate, and occasionally transport goods.
