This role owns and shapes the conversion funnel strategy and experimentation across education, partnerships, and PLG. You will help create conversion experiences that educate, engage, and drive business impact, working closely with PLG, engineering, and lifecycle teams. The team questions whether funnels should exist.

Lead the Custom Models team, which is currently made up of 5 Engineers, to build innovative AI solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Define processes and best practices as you grow a high-performing team from the ground up. Requires strong technical skills, managerial experience, and a passion for advancing AI technology.
