This is a unique Product Manager role that requires both strategic product thinking AND hands-on technical capability. You'll own the P&L and customer experience for core visibility and work directly with some of the world’s largest shippers.

Shape and scale our Coding product, an intelligent system that helps hospitals optimize their coding practices, improving accuracy, compliance, and revenue outcomes. Define how SmarterDx leverages AI to mate coding workflows, surface missed opportunities, and ensure hospitals fully capture the value of care delivered. Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and client teams to deliver a product that meaningfully improves hospital financial and operational performance.

As a Product Manager on the Care team, you’ll own a core domain within the Care Platform, designing and building the systems that power our providers’ ability to deliver care at scale. You’ll operate as a single-threaded owner for your area: defining the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics end-to-end.

This role owns the strategy and execution of Luma Health’s Workflow Builder & Gallery—the no-code engine and template library that lets customers create care workflows fast, without tedious EHR configuration. You’ll define how users use triggers to enroll patients, add conditional logic, use actions to guide patients across channels, string together agentic AI with human-in-the-loop guardrails, and more.

This role is within our team that owns the strategy and execution of Luma Health’s Patient Communications portfolio—Reminders & Recalls, Navigator (AI Agent), and Broadcast—to reduce no-shows, reactivate care, and deliver compliant two-way messaging at scale.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Social Planner roadmap—especially Social Listening, Analytics, and AI-powered workflows. The role involves setting strategy, raising quality and stability, and accelerating adoption with a clear, metrics-driven plan. You’ll identify opportunities, lead vendor evaluations and POCs, shape user experiences, run discovery with customers, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and GTM to deliver outcomes.
