Manage a unique portfolio of security focused Professional Services engagements which directly contribute to our client’s goals and success. Efficient and effective management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle, including Sales handoff, Resourcing, Customer project plan development, Execution management, and Project closeout activities. Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships, ensuring objectives are met.

Own the Salesforce product roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein GPT. Partner closely with cross-functional business leaders, CRM Engineering, and Salesforce to translate business strategy into scalable platform capabilities that drive operational efficiency, personalized learner experiences, and measurable business outcomes. Lead product delivery for CRM transformation initiatives.
