Partner with Learning, Curriculum, Engineering, Data, and Partnerships to design solutions that improve student experiences and strengthen partner engagement.

• Drive end-to-end program management activities across software engineering, product, science, and design for new health detection features.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Regulatory, Science, and QA teams through all phases of the development process.
• Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies to collaborators, engineering teams, science teams, design teams, executive leadership,and other stakeholders.

Drive player activation and retention through data-driven insights. Scale the platform by organizing research and identifying UX issues. Design and run experiments to transform inputs into product initiatives.

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI/ML-driven communication solutions.
• Build tools that enable B2B clients to configure and trust our system, while refining the consumer experience and AI models.
