• Responsible for growing Kraken’s OIR program by owning the product's success, leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Own the overall strategy, long-term vision, and roadmap for the Opt-In Rewards (OIR) product portfolio, driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage projections of sources & uses for OIR products with Treasury to ensure maximum capital efficiency.

• Own and sequence the Cloud Infra & Services roadmap.
• Define SLOs with SRE/Infra and enforce error budgets for shipping.
• Partner with Finance/RevOps on entitlements, reporting, and auditability.

Lead the strategy for Webflow’s AI Digital Experience Platform and own the AI platform roadmap. Determine how AI can enhance—and sometimes reinvent—our product experience, driving growth and differentiation. Define how Webflow builds AI-native products by owning the strategy, execution, and education for internal AI use.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects.
• Coordinate internal teams while managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear, professional communication.

• Oversee execution of a highly complex AI-enablement program, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate AI into design, research, writing, and operational workflows.
• Synthesize complex technical and business challenges into clear strategies and actionable plans that drive customer value and efficiencies.
• Ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment through clear communication of program status, risks, and resourcing choices to technical, business, and executive audiences.

• Lead the strategy and execution of a globally impactful social discovery platform.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and optimize user experiences to drive engagement, growth, and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact initiatives.

• Translate the product vision and strategy into a clear and actionable roadmap.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a product delivery plan, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Plan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Oversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives. Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issues.

Build and optimize our payments platform, adding new payment options, improving payout speed, and reducing fraud. Partner with PMs, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver new payments and fraud capabilities. Define and track success metrics to guide iteration and improve customer experience.
