Define and own the product roadmap for the member-facing mobile app experience, focusing on key user journeys.
Spearhead the strategy and delivery of internal provider companion tools that integrate with the member experience to enable high-quality care.
Partner with Clinical Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to integrate evidence-based practices and ensure digital experiences meet HIPAA/privacy compliance standards.
Drive critical initiatives including enrollment growth, earned revenue, learning innovation, and job placement. Shape platforms and workflows to help students advance into high-growth tech careers. Partner with Learning, Curriculum, Engineering, Data, and Partnerships to design solutions that improve student experiences and strengthen partner engagement.
Drive end-to-end program management activities across software engineering, product, science, and design for new health detection features.
Act as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Regulatory, Science, and QA teams through all phases of the development process.
Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies to collaborators, engineering teams, science teams, design teams, executive leadership,and other stakeholders.
Drive player activation and retention through data-driven insights. Scale the platform by organizing research and identifying UX issues. Design and run experiments to transform inputs into product initiatives.
