Build and optimize our payments platform, adding new payment options, improving payout speed, and reducing fraud. Partner with PMs, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver new payments and fraud capabilities. Define and track success metrics to guide iteration and improve customer experience.

• Drive the successful development lifecycle of our Payments solutions across the Quote to Cash Accounts Receivable products.
• Translate product vision into actionable requirements.
• Focus on identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes—with a crucial emphasis on the Quote to Cash AR automation flows.

• Own the end-to-end customer journey across evaluation services.
• Define and execute product strategies that improve onboarding and overall satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a roadmap focused on acquisition conversion, retention, and customer success.

Analyze and document business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis.

• Lead and manage complex clinical oncology projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and external vendors.
• Guide project planning, risk management, and compliance efforts.

• Lead and manage large-scale programs from initiation through execution, aligning with strategic objectives.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for product area, with emphasis on data ingestion, model lifecycle management, grounding, prompt orchestration, output validation, and administrative experiences.
• Analyze competitive AI platform trends and identify whitespace opportunities to differentiate ServiceNow.
• Champion customer-centric thinking across the organization and be the voice of ServiceNow administrators, developers and implementers.

• Own the product strategy for user growth, partnering with the Chief Growth Officer to define vision and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Be the single point of accountability for the product vertical's performance, relentlessly driving toward growing the engaged user base.
