We’re looking for an experienced product leader to lead our PM team responsible for the growth of Agent Partnerships, our high-velocity business that gives insurance agents the digital-first platform, tools, and Ethos insurance offerings to uniquely serve their clients and grow their own business. They’ll partner with teams across design, analytics, engineering, growth marketing, martech and life cycle marketing to help new agent customers discover Ethos.

You will define and drive the product strategy for consumer data tooling, segmentation, and attribution. Your work will directly impact how the Consumer Organization engages users, fostering better relationships through improved personalization, relevant touchpoints, and ultimately driving a positive experience between Affirm and the consumer.

• Serve as the single point of contact for program stakeholders and contracting officers.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all program activities to meet contractual obligations and performance expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.

Shape the requirements for new product features, guide the Enterprise team projects to ensure desired outcomes, and work with product marketing and success to launch finished features to customers. This job is to bring structure and strategic direction to your team by balancing specificity of large customer asks with long-term platform value; defining what gets built (and why), and ensuring our biggest customers are successful.

You will design the Task Platform—the engine that identifies, prioritizes, and routes work through operations.
