The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) ensures new brands and 3PL partners are set up for success from kickoff through go-live. You’ll own multiple concurrent implementations, coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a seamless, efficient onboarding experience for Passport’s customers. This role is part of the Implementation Team, which plays a critical role in Passport’s growth.

We are looking for a Head of Product & Growth who will own every aspect of our subscription product’s ARPU, with your main objective being a 15% quarter-over-quarter ARPU increase. Your leadership will cover all operations outside Marketing, giving you the autonomy to shape processes and take full responsibility for how the team functions.

In the Lead Product Manager role, you will drive key product domains from conception to implementation and beyond. The Product Manager, Payments builds and executes the roadmap for customers to perform payments on the Binance.US platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and drive continuous improvement. You will balance technical considerations, user feedback, and business priorities to build scalable payments products.

This position involves working with partners and clients to understand their needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include writing functional design documents, presenting work to stakeholders, leading team planning, maintaining the team roadmap, keeping delivery timelines on track, facilitating team ceremonies, and producing recurring reports to track progress and performance.

Driving the development and execution of overall product strategy aligned with business objectives. Providing visionary leadership and aligning the product roadmap with long-term goals. Overseeing product portfolio and ensuring each feature drives business value. Prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources based on strategic impact. Advocating for the customer by integrating feedback into product development, while identifying and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle.

As a Project Manager on the Customer Onboarding Team, you’ll guide organizations through the implementation of the Fluxx platform, partnering with customers to streamline their grantmaking processes, foster collaboration, and ensure every project delivers lasting value. Your leadership, communication, and technical expertise will help our customers transform how they fund and create impact in their communities.
