This role supports key partner relationships across Social Media, Subscriptions, Tech, Fashion and Beauty categories, spanning all strategic regions.

As a Celebrations Concierge, you will provide virtual consultations for customers, offering a personalized tour and shopping experience of Minted's products and services. You'll utilize strong relationship-building and upselling skills while working directly with customers over video chat. The role involves serving as a customer advocate, upselling products, and documenting customer interactions in the CRM.
