The U.S. da Vinci® Clinical Sales Manager reports to the U.S. da Vinci® Clinical Sales Director and plays a critical role in building and developing the clinical field sales team within their region. The major responsibilities are to manage and direct the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System within their installed base including managing installations, training and utilization growth within their assigned region and the hiring, training, and development of U.S. Account Managers. Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Baltimore, MD Area to perform the duties of this role.

Distributes benefit enrollment materials, determines eligibility, and schedules appointments with clients who request benefits. Presents and explains insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom, completes applications, and attends optional training to improve career skills. Sells and up sells insurance to new and existing clients, while completing tasks required by underwriters.

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Sioux Falls, SD, USA team to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales. The CTA assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management. Guides technical in-services for customers.
