This position is considered fully remote, qualified candidates must be licensed in and live in Florida, preferably west side around Tampa, due to in person meetings with health insurance brokers. This role will be the overarching relation with assigned broker firms while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our value proposition. Benefits Sales Executives develop an intimate knowledge of their broker firms and broker books of business to leverage BenefitMall capabilities to maximize revenue growth.

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include technical, clinical, and sales and will train to be a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties to develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. During the first year, the CTA will focus on the technical and clinical aspect of the job, and during the second year, progress and begin to focus on the sales aspect.

The da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate will help maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci ® Surgical Systems. Implement the clinical sales plan defined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the da Vinci ® Surgical System. Become a da Vinci ® Surgery expert mainly across core indications for the region to support the development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. Support regional Sales and Marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
