Blend360 is seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to support a strategic transformation of backend product architecture. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and maintaining backend services that power business-critical systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for owning and delivering a Java-based SaaS product. The role will ensure on-time product releases while maintaining high quality standards. Working closely with development, QA, and product teams, the Software Engineering Manager will coordinate all aspects of product delivery and release cycles.

Build and maintain a suite of mission critical services in our core messaging flow as a Software Engineer in the Messaging Data Platform team, working with product managers, architects and other engineers to deliver Messaging product features. The team's primary focus is around building scalable, reliable and low latency services on one of the world's largest messaging platforms.

Your tasks will include program developing and documenting, program lifetime handling, handling program communications, complex problem handling, understanding user needs, writing structured programs, efficient development and installment of programs, handling database, handling transactions, writing technical requirement specifications, and planning of testing.

Spearhead the development of iOS features, with a focus on leveraging SwiftUI and reactive programming. Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high performing quality customer experiences. Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies and mentor junior to mid-level members of the team. Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs.

Responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle using a variety of technologies and tools to build impactful software solutions by building and optimizing comprehensive solutions that prioritize end-user efficiency and experience. Collaborate with solution managers, engineers, and other stakeholders in order to define and prioritize the technical requirements to meet client needs and business objectives, as well as drive innovation.

The Director of Software Engineering reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of internal software applications, as well as modifications to external third-party applications. This position works closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and operate systems that improve processes and support critical business strategies and manages technology-related risks.

Defines all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance. Participates in Agile development projects for enterprise-level systems component design and implementation. Defines specifications and develops programs, modifies existing programs, prepares test data, and prepares functional specifications.

Be part of a team that designs, automates, and deploys services on behalf of customers to AWS, enabling services to automatically heal. Every week brings different challenges to solve. Responsibilities include working as a technical leader, leading discussions with IT executives, and architecting scalable, cloud-native applications on the AWS platform.

Design, develop, and test high quality software systems using Python and Kotlin. Create tools and libraries that provide foundational functionality for, or in support of, the web application using Python and Kotlin. Maintain and improve test, build, and release pipelines. Incorporate needs and opinions from stakeholders, advocating for ideas and initiatives.
