You will lead a team of 5 developers while keeping your hands in the code. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to individual contribution (technical design, development, code reviews, quality), and 40% to people management (coaching, 1:1s, recruitment, performance, team rituals).

The Billing team is responsible for the platform that processes all sales, subscription renewals and revenue streams to create records of customer's receivables that will be later collected. The team also handles dunning processes whenever a debt remains unpaid after its due date.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development, drive architectural decisions within the platform, and mentor team members across multiple cross-functional projects. You will strengthen the connection between Payments, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to deliver technically robust and compliant solutions that scale globally.

Seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions to solve business needs. This role involves collaborating with internal business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful CRM solutions, drive user adoption, and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture.

Build secure, scalable cloud-native services to support real-time medical workflows, develop clinician-facing interfaces for interacting with streaming video and telemetry, and implement robust APIs and protocols to integrate with edge systems. Design for degraded connectivity, offline scenarios, and secure data relay, also work with the Harbor GM and mission owners to shape the product roadmap.

Take ownership of end-to-end development, having a direct impact on both the product and the technical decisions that shape it. Develop and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines from data to production and build and optimize ML and LLM-based solutions, including RAG and agentic pipelines.

Implement core services for the platform in .NET 8 that runs in Docker containers, developing features from DB to the APIs. You will ensure the platform remains scalable and the codebase remains maintainable. Proactively monitor the services in production and spot potential issues. You'll care about the quality of produced code by covering it with unit and e2e tests. You will be a part of an exciting, open, and agile team, where your voice matters and has a company-wide impact.
