Manage a team of 4-6 Automotive Engineers working on multiple projects that expand diagnostic coverage and add customer value. Provide technical leadership and mentorship in automotive network communication, develop best practices and guidelines for the Vehicle Gateway. Work with leadership on the planning and execution of quarterly roadmaps, while building a healthy collaborative culture of accountability.
Manage the pipeline of approved workload to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts with team members.
