The Strategic Account Executive drives new business development and expansion within Prophecy’s enterprise accounts. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting high-potential enterprise opportunities to managing and growing existing accounts through strategic upsells and cross-sells. You will build strategic relationships with both executive stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs) and technical leaders (Data Engineering, AI/ML teams).
As a Technical Account Manager, you will help DoiT’s strategic customers harness the power of public cloud technologies. You will be responsible for educating, mentoring, and advising customers on how to get the most out of the cloud. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to solve problems and drive cloud maturity and efficiency.
As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you'll ensure customers get maximum value from the Vanta Trust Management platform. You will partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to provide technical expertise and solutions that ensure renewals and product adoption. Also serve as a bridge between the product development team and customers, delivering feedback that helps Vanta improve.
Technical Account Managers are highly experienced Architects who are comfortable with a very client facing role and who dedicate themselves to a small set of strategic clients, (~4 per TAM). They must be quick on their feet and able to put a positive spin on challenging customer situations, both in the boardroom with a client CTO and while sharing the command line with a client admin. They must be effective technically, both as communicators and doers.
