Clipboard Health is seeking a high-performing Senior Accountant to join the Finance team! Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will assist with managing month-end close, including the preparation and posting of journals. This person will have a strong collaboration with our broader Finance team to implement efficient accounting procedures.

Drive automation end to end by designing, building, and owning technology‑enabled workflows that reduce risk, accelerate month‑end close, and deliver clear insights on SaaS metrics. Be a part of UChicago Medicine as a Financial Coordinator for our Revenue Cycle Management Department, responsible for the accurate and timely posting of cash payment batches, check requests, and EDI balancing. Responsibilities include balancing LockBox/Cashiering Deposits, posting payments, keying data for ledger reconciliation, and reviewing payments for non-UCH receipts.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Payroll and Equity Analyst to join our world-class Finance team and ensure the accurate and compliant administration of our payroll and equity programs. The ideal candidate brings experience in both payroll operations and equity administration and is comfortable navigating competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

This role involves day-to-day tasks associated with accounts payable, driving with month-end and financial statement analysis and preparation, and other functions, including payroll and Revenue Cycle Management duties, as assigned. The individual in this role will be a detail-oriented and transaction focused individual, as well as a critical thinker applying complex accounting guidance.

We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Accounting Analyst. This position will report to the Revenue Supervisor. Monitor daily money movement activities, systems, and triaging alerts to provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency of settlements and disbursements. Executing various daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

As a key member of the finance team, the Senior Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and delivering key insights to drive decision-making. This individual will lead core accounting operations, collaborate cross-functionally, support audit readiness, and help mentor junior accounting staff.

Manage collections on outstanding invoices through phone and email outreach, working toward daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. You will perform customer reconciliations and analysis relating to past due balances. You will foster strong relationships with internal teams to streamline communication and problem-solving.
