Develop and execute a marketing strategy centered on our core value prop and create compelling assets tailored for Hiring Managers and HR professionals. Prospect and manage large datasets of potential leads, using automated email tools to qualify leads and booking 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO.

A key member of a company's sales team responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects. You will focus on researching potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. You will generate meetings for Account Executives and educating customers interested in purchasing Spotify Plugins for Backstage.

As the first point of contact for many prospective clients, BDRs build strong rapport, while understanding prospect needs, and positioning how PocketHealth can meet and exceed their expectations. As a member of the broader Marketing team, the Business Development Rep is responsible for prospecting and lead follow up to generate opportunities and pipeline for our Enterprise Account Executives.

Key responsibilities include business development and stakeholder engagement, as well as market intelligence. The candidate will identify, qualify, and develop public sector advisory opportunities across the GCC, building and maintaining strong relationships with procurement officials, client teams, and delivery partners. They will also lead and coordinate high-quality proposal submissions.

Drive new business and revenue growth across payer and delegated segments, lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close, and build and manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and market data tools. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to refine messaging, align on priorities, and deliver world-class customer experiences. Represent CertifyOS at key industry events and conferences to expand brand visibility and pipeline. Provide actionable “voice of customer” feedback to inform strategy and execution, mentor and collaborate with BD team members as we expand the organization.

As a BDR, you will operate as an inside sales rep and play a crucial role in our revenue-generating efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities to contribute towards our sales goals. You will engage with prospects through various channels to identify qualified opportunities, while also working the entire sales cycle for both inbound and outbound opportunities.
