As Pricing & Commercial Analyst (gn) – FMCG / Handel, you will actively shape our pricing and investment strategy, supporting negotiations with trading partners and the development of a consistent pricing framework. This individual will lead the development and automation of internal and external reporting, and KPI’s to help the company maximize its operational and financial performance.

This role involves financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis for a large account, working closely with the VP of Production and VP of Client Services to ensure smooth financial reporting. Candidates should thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing detailed work with a broad perspective and bring 10+ years of finance and leadership experience in an advertising agency, ideally with knowledge of the influencer marketplace.

The Principal Financial Analyst leads all aspects of project financial management, ensuring seamless financial execution from award to completion, including costing review, invoice processing, and budget health monitoring. The Analyst manages change orders, contributes to revenue forecasting, and provides insights to optimize project financial outcomes and supports financial audits.

This position is a hybrid between a project budget analyst supporting the operational project teams financially, and an accountant supporting all general ledger functions and the month-end close cycle. Essential functions include supporting project teams, preparing monthly invoicing worksheets, performing variance analysis, and reviewing work orders. The candidate will collaborate with others in Finance to support overall department goals and objectives.

The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Caseware will be instrumental in supporting the timely and accurate production of financial reports, assisting in the consolidation of actuals and forecasts across the organization and supporting financial analysis.
