We’re looking for a dynamic and people-driven Talent Experience Specialist to help us create meaningful and engaging experiences for our global team, making sure talents feel supported, heard, and inspired throughout their journey. The ideal candidate brings high energy, empathy, and creativity, along with a strong understanding of people operations and engagement strategies in a remote-first environment.

Own the strategy & execution of company events and offsites (in person, virtual, hybrid). Design and lead employee engagement initiatives that scale across a remote-first team. Collaborate with the People team to design, implement, and iterate on Pulley’s onboarding programs for new team members. Partner with stakeholders to make sure internal experience aligns with company goals and culture.
