As a Training Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering curriculum to the support team. You will be a resource for the team through formal and informal training, leading internal onboarding, creating courses in our SAT offering, and helping to maintain both our internal and external knowledge bases, all with the goal of leveling up our team’s product knowledge, troubleshooting capabilities, and communication skills.
