Seeking a driven, creative, and collaborative Instructional Designer Intern to join our Revenue Enablement team. You'll design interactive sessions that make people think, do, and apply. The experience should work both in person and virtually, with a focus on what teams need to know, do, say, and show to be successful in their roles.

Collaborates with and gathers course material from subject matter experts. Conducts analysis of program requirements and determines a strategic solution. Converts written materials and course content into interactive courseware. Provides a user-friendly interface for content contributors and end-users. Develops new e-learning programs or updates and maintains existing courseware in alignment with objectives.

The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for assessing, designing and developing enablement solutions that provide Atlassian sales, technical sales, customer success, and partners with the knowledge and skills required to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role involves working with stakeholders and subject-matter-experts to define enablement objectives and build learning solutions that are practical and scalable.

The senior instructional designer is responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and training to high-quality curricula that support internal onboarding, field trainers, and sterile reprocessing initiatives, launches, and new product development. This role emphasizes content creation, curriculum development, project management, and training.

The Training Design & Insights Specialist will be part of InDebted’s Customer Excellence function, enabling world-class customer experiences through training, quality, knowledge, systems, and reporting. This role focuses on designing and evolving training content, managing LMS structures, interpreting training performance, and integrating AI tools. The candidate will support the development of agent performance across all stages of our global growth.

Responsible for the assessment, analysis, design and development of learning experiences, the Instructional Designer will facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. This role will also be responsible for facilitating internal training programs and managing the 'Corporate Services' portion of the Learning portfolio of programs (HR/Organizational Development, Legal & Finance).

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and content development of mission-critical learning programs, including but not limited to eLearning, instructor-led training, technical product videos, assessments, and blended learning solutions. Primary audience is Intuitive customers, focusing on the clinical and technical aspects of our Intuitive products using programs like Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Microsoft Office.
