As an Instructional Designer at SpryPoint, you will be an integral part of the Learning and Development team, creating a range of training artifacts and activities that will not only show clients how to use our software, but why they love it. You will report to the Team Lead, Learning and Development as part of the Client Operations team.
The Instructional Designer will develop online learning courses, using strong verbal and written communication skills, and will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and development of high quality training content for technical and non-technical learning programs for Level Access products and general accessibility concepts.
Serve as the learning design specialist, identifying and detailing content requirements, leading to key planning documents, including prototypes, component charts, assessment plans, and the scope and sequence. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to review analytics on previous product editions to understand user behavior and make recommendations.
