You'll work closely with teams across the company, supporting in the delivery of strategies on a diverse range of issues, including our four key policy categories: corporate and prudential, product, financial inclusion and vulnerability, and AI and tech.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to lead contract review, ensuring optimal commercial terms, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role focuses primarily on customer agreements, requiring exceptional commercial awareness, and the ability to balance risk management with business growth objectives.
You will be involved in delivering expert witness services by assisting delay experts in delivering delay reports for adjudication, litigation, and other forms of dispute resolution; and recovery service by assisting contract and commercial specialists in providing strategic advice to clients whose project and major programmes are in commercial distress. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual seeking to join an experienced team of construction experts.
