As Commercial Counsel, LATAM, you will be responsible for a high volume of contract negotiations with customers and vendors, focused on the LATAM region, as well as contribute to other matters in support of our global Commercial Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing growth of Globalization Partners across the LATAM region and globally.

We’re looking for a Contract Management Associate to join us initially on short term basis in our Belfast Office. As a member of our team, you will be working on a legal project for our clients and supporting the business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client’s contracts management and in-house legal teams.

Handle docketing and document management functions related to all trademark prosecution and contested matters (TTAB and litigation); docketing of inbound, outbound, and internal communications; providing support services to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as requested. This position works closely with paralegals and attorneys to provide consistently high-quality service to clients and to provide back-up to paralegals when necessary.

Analyze potentially unusual or suspicious behavior on customer accounts flagged by our transaction monitoring system, and decide what action (if any) Monzo should take. Document suspicious activity you identify in your role, and sending it to the National Crime Agency to support them with their investigations. Lock down money that has been obtained through fraud, so that it can be returned to victims.

The Federal Contracts Administrator is responsible for the review and negotiation of contracts to achieve the Federal team’s business objectives while mitigating risk to the company. This position will review contracts to verify that proposed terms meet requirements, identify non-compliance with company standards, and provide appropriate risk mitigation and risk transfer solutions. This position will be responsible for the lifecycle of each contract including review, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts database.

The Analyst II, Compliance position is responsible for organizing aspects of the Navitus and Lumicera Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs. The Analyst II is responsible for performing regularly scheduled policy, risk assessment and documentation reviews to ensure adherence with HIPAA Privacy and other regulatory compliance areas. The Analyst II will coordinate breach and disclosure assessment, HHS OCR reporting, tracking and client reporting.

The Senior Immigration Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring timely, accurate case completion, coordinating calls and consultations, delivering outstanding client service, and maintaining compliance with immigration laws. They will assess right-to-work requirements, process immigration-related administrative tasks, liaise with local providers, and manage the mobility lifecycle for non-nationals.

Support internal teams with their legal inquiries, monitor legal developments and translate complex changes into clear internal guidelines, draft, review, and adapt standard agreements and templates, support contract negotiations, and help ensure product compliance with key regulatory requirements.

As Corporate Counsel, you’ll be a key legal advisor supporting H1’s commercial growth, operational scale, and corporate initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive deals, ensure compliance, and enable smart, sustainable business decisions. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, advising on legal risks, supporting M&A, and providing guidance on data protection and privacy.

As the first legal team hire, you will report directly to the General Counsel, supporting Product/Tech, Operations, and Marketing teams. This role requires deep B2C marketplace experience to navigate the complex regulatory landscape facing two-sided platforms while enabling rapid business growth. Given the evolving nature of our legal needs, you'll provide support across multiple practice areas, with a primary focus on product and operations and occasional marketing support.
