Ensure Moxie maintains complete compliance accuracy across all medical director and provider documentation. Be the go-to person for managing Moxie’s Compliance Hub, licenses, contracts, SOPs, and compliance documentation, centralizing critical information that keeps operations running smoothly. Partner closely with the MD Ops, Legal, and Onboarding teams to prevent compliance gaps, maintain state-by-state accuracy, and ensure providers and medical directors have the right documentation.

The Senior Compliance Manager will oversee the company’s compliance program, ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) in alignment with COSO and SOX 404 requirements for public companies. This role manages the full compliance lifecycle — from risk assessment and control design to testing, remediation, and reporting.
