As a Senior Disputes Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for driving strategic projects, focusing on regulatory compliance, process development, and tooling enhancements. You’ll work with cross functional teams to drive continuous dispute improvements and directly contribute to ongoing projects that move Mercury’s dispute program forward.

The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the successful execution of the build and configuration of Payspace payroll products ensuring compliance with local tax legislation in new countries earmarked for PaySpace by Deel’s expansion. You will be conducting in-depth analysis of advisory packs, defining project requirements across various team pillars, and collaborating with the in-country Compliance team to ensure product delivery.
