The Senior Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for leading client-based initiatives and managing cross-functional teams for delivery on client implementations.

As a Project Manager (with scheduling expertise) you will develop and maintain integrated master schedules for complex and multi-disciplinary projects. You will collaborate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to establish realistic deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

Gather and digest customer, market, and business insights to develop vision and strategy for your product area. Build and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term product roadmaps. Define requirements succinctly via writing and creating low-fidelity mocks using AI tools, managing feature development through the full product lifecycle. Lead through influence by aligning diverse teams around shared goals and communicating effectively across teams.

This role will define and execute the strategic vision for how 1Password integrates with platform-specific credential manager APIs, partnering closely with external teams to deliver a seamless, secure, and consistent experience across every device. You’ll bring a deep technical understanding of platform nuances and a passion for crafting delightful, reliable, and performant experiences.
