We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. This role involves working hands-on with engineering, product, marketing, and design to define and execute the product roadmap. You will mentor junior team members and influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a Product Analyst, you'll join the Product Management team, supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process. In this entry-level role, you'll participate in team activities, gather basic requirements, document user stories under guidance, and execute assigned tasks within an Agile framework.

Define and lead the strategic roadmap for our account-to-account payments infrastructure, including direct debit, real-time payments, and reconciliation systems in Mexico. Conduct market research to identify key trends, unmet needs, and new adoption scenarios for banking payments. Become a subject matter expert in Account to Account Payments in Mexico. Collaborate with sales to drive enterprise deals.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing implementation projects for all Nextech products, which includes planning & coordinating product implementations in accordance with best practices methodology, within the mutually defined timelines and budget, maintaining issues lists and managing to resolution implementation issues, and a high degree of collaboration and negotiation among internal departments to achieve a successful live use of the software.

As an Outbound Product Manager, you will create high-quality enablement content that describes the value of the product innovation with a focus on Field Service Management solution, develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes to influence the product roadmaps, and promote the FSM product vision with industry influencers and strategic partners.

The role requires a solid foundation in Project Management with hands-on experience in Scrum environments. Coordinate teams, manage timelines, and stay focused on user outcomes. This role offers the chance to grow influence across strategy, product development, and client delivery.

This role focuses on managing customer-related activities for our product implementation team and will be part of the CEO's office. The Program Manager will also take on various Chief of Staff responsibilities, interfacing with global customers, and owning customer success metrics.
