You’ll be hands-on, building quick prototypes and running scrappy experiments to test ideas early. Some will involve AI, some won’t. The goal is to learn fast, get real signals, and help the team make smarter calls without overcommitting. You will work closely with a small engineering pod to design and run fast experiments, prototypes, or PoCs to identify and prioritize early-stage product or growth opportunities with a focus on AI and automation.

Shape Wispr Flow's growth strategy and product, playing a pivotal part in helping Flow reach hundreds of millions of people. The role involves full ownership over the product growth strategy while working with a world-class team and learning from growth advisors, with direct collaboration with founders and design, brand, engineering, and product teams to experiment rapidly, optimize in-product conversion, and build viral growth loops.
