As a Technical Program Manager, you will connect the dots between product, engineering, and implementation ensuring features and integrations ship on time, at quality, and with clear communication across stakeholders. This role is critical in enabling our teams to execute with clarity and precision.
Oversee high visibility programs for our team and streamline our processes for building great customer and merchant products. Help Product and Engineering teams develop processes and frameworks for building quality software, while evaluating new technology developments to drive potential features and products. Coordinate across engineering teams and stakeholders, manage program schedules, and communicate clearly across the company.
As the Principal Technology Manager, you will act as a critical bridge between business operations and engineering teams. You will translate business needs into technical strategy and oversee the technology portfolio. You will guide teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that enhance our platform and advance our mission to revolutionize personalized healthcare.
