This position manages projects and supports partner relationships. It also leads business analysis initiatives in the Application Management Services group. The ideal candidate will have proven project and customer management success in a high-growth setting.

Lead the development and evolution of expert-facing products connecting millions of users with professionals. Drive product strategy, optimize workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Define and execute the vision for provider-facing products in a fast-growing health data platform.
• Lead a high-performing team to create scalable, intuitive, and user-centered experiences for providers across complex healthcare networks.
• Accountable for product KPIs, roadmap planning, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the product organization.

• Lead project teams and run the project lifecycle.
• Drive the use of project management principles and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external executive sponsors.

• Define product vision and strategy for the Marketing & Payments domain, aligning initiatives with Blip's corporate priorities.
• Manage roadmap, prioritization and execution of initiatives related to ads, tracking, performance, conversion, checkout, billing and payment integrations.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs and GPMs, ensuring clarity, focus and maturity in discovery and delivery.

• Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team.
• Work cross functionally with product, design and support teams to set direction for the team.
• Coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development.
