Own the product roadmap for servicing, post-closing, and asset-management systems. Lead discovery to document workflows, pain points, and system gaps. Drive migration of the legacy WinForms/MS SQL application to a modern AWS-based architecture.

Lead IT initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches. Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.

• Own and execute a strategic roadmap for AI research, messaging, and context capabilities.
• Enhance Apollo's AI research agents to surface actionable insights from the web.
• Define how AI understands each user's business, transforming generic AI outputs into relevant recommendations.

• Lead the strategy and execution of our partner data ingestion (PDI) and reporting ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for partner data ingestion, transformation, and reporting, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure partner data powers marketing optimization, revenue reporting, decision-making, and long-term strategy.
