Support the Treasury Services team with payroll calculations and reconciliations, partner onboarding, equity management, other ad hoc responsibilities. This role requires a desire to support the Aprio team (including partners) by providing excellent attention to detail and service.

Own the payroll, bonuses, commissions, and equity processes at Luxury Presence, driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all compensation processes; partner closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time and that equity programs are managed effectively.

As part of the Accounting Department, you will process payroll and oversee related financial controls over payroll for Sword Health in the United States. This includes for salaried employees paid twice a month and hourly employees paid biweekly. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll functions and processes.

The Accounting and Payroll Manager will oversee the strategic direction, establishment/execution of objectives, and/or people management of Payroll and Payroll accounting functions. This role will maintain compliance with local and federal regulations and serve as the liaison to vendors, auditors, and local and federal agencies. The role will interact with multiple levels of the organization and outside the organization.
