Based in Malaysia, the Finance Associate role involves managing financial accounting and reporting, payroll and tax compliance for APAC entities, and supporting new service lines and financial processes. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing US GAAP and statutory financial reports, managing the monthly close process, providing analysis for financial statements, and identifying process improvements.

You will work closely with other members of the Payroll team in handling our EMEA, LATAM and APAC payroll. You will report to the Global Payroll Operations Manager and work fully remote within the LATAM region. If you have 3+ years of international payroll experience and proven to be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, this position may be the right fit for you.

Perform and analyze invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, tax processes, payroll, intercompany transactions, and consolidated financial statements.
