Process transactions on customer accounts, including account set up in registration, problem resolution and auditing transaction activity. Research insurance websites for patient eligibility, authorizations and accuracy of effective dates. Professionally communicate with OHSU staff and third party customers including departments and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of account transactions.

You will play a critical role in helping small business owners navigate their outstanding balance on their revenue-based financing by directly negotiating with them. In this role, you will service a portfolio of small and medium sized business customer accounts using a variety of contact methods to collect, negotiate with customers to establish payment plans that are sustainable, and achieve monthly goals of recovered payments from customers.
