In this position, you will work with current members requesting to cancel their policy - investigating and problem-solving for solutions to retain them as members. You will engage with customers, navigate complex situations, and educate members on the lifetime value of Trupanion's pet protection.

This training professional will deliver da Vinci® and Ion technology training, facilitate surgeon and physician-led training for surgeons, physicians, first assistants, and OR staff from various surgical specialties, and actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs. The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Training Manager.

As a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be an integral member of an exciting, hyper-growth company as we continue to expand our service globally. As a remote J.D. Power Concierge Agent, you will assist customers in a fast-paced, web-based call center, communicating via phone, video, email, text, and live chat. You'll handle warranty service follow-up calls, new owner welcome calls, provide product knowledge, search inventories, schedule appointments, and assist new vehicle buyers with vehicle technology, working with interested shoppers and existing customers.

This role will support the RepairPal function of our business, working to stimulate repair referrals with our partners and help to ensure their customers have successful outcomes having their cars repaired at our Certified network of auto repair shops. The role involves engaging with consumers via Live Chat, answering questions, guiding them toward scheduling appointments, and communicating through various channels.

As a Claims Support Associate II you will establish and maintain payment reconciliation within the Payroll/Billing system. Act as a liaison between Claims processing and Accounting to implement proper payment requirements. You will provide training to staff on new payers as well as modifications to formats of existing payers.
