This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive enrollment across both enterprise member populations as well as consumer direct strategies. This role sits within the Growth team at Curai and you will be the fourth full-time member of a growing marketing team.

As Growth Marketer, you’ll literally transform and save lives by becoming an expert in our client journey, uncovering the biggest levers in the acquisition funnel, and prioritizing and implementing the highest impact experiments to improve funnel performance.

As a Marketing and CRM Intern, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing email marketing and CRM strategies to enhance engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention. Reporting directly to the VP of marketing, you will manage and refine HubSpot CRM workflows, craft targeted email campaigns, and analyze engagement metrics to improve marketing performance.

Support revenue growth by optimizing digital journeys at the top of the funnel and increasing data-informed decisions. Responsible for getting into the weeds of our digital TOFU user journeys to generate more inbound leads. Support the acquisition of new MQLs by ensuring our website is set up for SEO success, introducing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) activities, and building out our paid acquisition strategy.
