Own and operate Scribe’s entire performance marketing program across all channels, driving measurable, scalable growth across our global footprint. Architect and execute our cross-channel strategy, combining operational excellence, strategic vision and fluency in modern measurement frameworks. They will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, growth, and other partners to maximize performance on every channel across every stage of the funnel.

Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques. Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners' goals. Work closely with community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end to end campaigns with message cohesion.

The B2B Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube).
