You will support and develop our customers' SAP system landscapes in the cloud environments of leading hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Technical Support Engineer with Tier 3 experience is needed to join our global team to resolve critical technical issues for enterprise customers, ensure successful adoption of Apiiro, and act as a trusted technical advisor by owning complex cases end-to-end and collaborating with R&D and product teams.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and agile methodologies.
Assume the functions of senior solution architect within a team dedicated to technological design. Draft detailed architecture notebooks adapted to the client's technological ecosystem. Supervise project teams on architecture-related aspects, from start-up to delivery. Maintain consistency between the various systems and technological infrastructures. Participate in impact analyses, design reviews, technical validations and solution choices.
