Technical Support Engineer with Tier 3 experience is needed to join our global team to resolve critical technical issues for enterprise customers, ensure successful adoption of Apiiro, and act as a trusted technical advisor by owning complex cases end-to-end and collaborating with R&D and product teams.

You will be a part of our Salesforce Team and work with our internal business stakeholders to deliver functionality and features to meet business needs. You will be responsible for understanding, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and agile methodologies.

Assume the functions of senior solution architect within a team dedicated to technological design. Draft detailed architecture notebooks adapted to the client's technological ecosystem. Supervise project teams on architecture-related aspects, from start-up to delivery. Maintain consistency between the various systems and technological infrastructures. Participate in impact analyses, design reviews, technical validations and solution choices.
