The Support Engineer Intern works within the Technical Support department to provide technical support and guidance for customers related to the installation, troubleshooting, and integration of RapidIdentity products and supporting technologies. The Support Engineer Intern provides direct assistance to RapidIdentity users and is responsible for fielding phone calls directly from customers, as well as delivering Tier 1 technical support to RapidIdentity customers with an emphasis on first-touch issue resolution.
As the Project Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Project Manager to assist with a variety of administrative tasks and oversee multiple projects. You will also help to ensure that tasks and tickets are completed on time, and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and technicians regarding scope of work and project timelines.
The Sr. Zendesk Administrator II is the subject matter expert for all Zendesk application support at Aledade and the primary point of contact for all support, maintenance, configuration and enhancement requests. This role involves working with both technical and non-technical resources to design, implement, and support solutions for Aledade users, providing full-lifecycle support, including collecting and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and providing testing assistance as required.
