This role involves driving complex strategic deals and engaging at an executive level in solution designs for large enterprise workflows such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report, etc. The role is responsible for engaging with ServiceNow’s executive team to understand and contribute to innovation opportunities in the market and platform. The Services Sales Architect will also participate in industry solutioning across verticals such as FinServ, Manufacturing, Technology, etc.

The Senior Solution Architect is an important member of our Pre-Sales team and works directly with customers, assist account managers in sales calls and business development, recommend business and technical solutions, and create statements of work.
