As Corporate Counsel, you’ll be a key legal advisor supporting H1’s commercial growth, operational scale, and corporate initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive deals, ensure compliance, and enable smart, sustainable business decisions. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, advising on legal risks, supporting M&A, and providing guidance on data protection and privacy.
As the first legal team hire, you will report directly to the General Counsel, supporting Product/Tech, Operations, and Marketing teams. This role requires deep B2C marketplace experience to navigate the complex regulatory landscape facing two-sided platforms while enabling rapid business growth.
