Perform tasks such as coverage analysis and letter writing, investigation, incident response, evaluation, reserve adequacy and timeliness, diary maintenance, management of defense and coverage counsel, reinsurance reporting, and claim disposition. Proactively manage claims and litigation effectively while delivering outstanding customer service.

Independently review, draft, revise, interpret, and negotiate a broad range of agreements between Vimeo and its sales-assisted customers on a daily basis. You will work across departments and educate stakeholders on policies, procedures, and negotiation playbook. Assist in management and maintenance of Vimeo’s standard terms, templates, and processes with the goal of minimizing friction with customers and mitigating risk for the business.

Lead the negotiation and management of complex international contracts, reporting directly to the Director, Sales Operations. Work closely with business managers, sales teams, and cross-functional organizations to manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from business development through closeout. Play a key role in supporting high-visibility programs, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.

As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will independently lead legal negotiations with customers, provide guidance on transactions (subscription agreements, data processing agreements, etc.), and shape initiatives to streamline contracting. The role involves supporting the Western Region of the US, focusing on Enterprise deals, and working with Area Directors and their teams.
