The Contracts Manager is primarily responsible for independently reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts while also managing and coordinating the full contracts cycle. This role will partner with all levels and functions of the business to help AlphaSense achieve its high-growth goals and will have an immediate impact on our dynamic, fast-paced culture.

The Compliance Manager will manage Airship’s global compliance programs, navigating the intersection of data, privacy, and AI regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to global data privacy laws and to emerging AI compliance requirements. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on data privacy, ethical AI governance, and risk management.

Assist in background research on federal judicial and executive nominees and track Supreme Court cases related to reproductive freedom. Analyze state and federal laws and policies related to reproductive freedom. Research elected officials and candidates records on reproductive freedom; evaluate their records and produce profiles.

This internship provides general administrative support to the Government Relations and Political Departments, analyzes state and federal laws and policies related to reproductive freedom, monitors hearings and governmental actions, and researches elected officials' records. The intern will also coordinate resources on candidates, create campaign updates, and assist with political event planning.

The Compliance Analyst will assist the Senior Compliance Analysts and Banking as a Service Compliance Manager in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS) by conducting day-to-day monitoring and review related to the bank’s lending, deposit, and operational activities, as well as with the Bank’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) fintech partner programs.

In this role, you will build and oversee medical coding compliance / standards, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, and leading initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in coding and documentation practices. Consulting experience and a strong background in establishing coding compliance functions will be highly valuable.

As the Legal Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of legal processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all contract reviews by establishing and enforcing guidelines and SLAs. You will keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, maintaining transparency. The role involves overseeing the legal review process and leading contract negotiations with partners.

Join the product development team as a Contract and QA Analyst, supporting forms and endorsement development and maintenance while testing the system to ensure our filed forms and rates/rules are working as designed, with a primary focus on the development of insurance contracts for multiple states and lines of business.

You will play a key role in supporting our revenue function and customer satisfaction with customers who are up to 100 employees by managing annual customer renewals, month-to-month customer subscriptions, and contract questions, while collaborating closely with internal teams. With expertise in contract management, you will drive renewals and enhance customer relationships.
