The Performance Specialist for our Patient & Practice Communications team is responsible for channel marketing operations process, execution and measurement of A+ patient engagement initiatives. This role will work with partner practices and execute continuous improvement of patient communications to build strong relationships to meet quality and performance goals. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely.

Shape the story for our data stack teams by crafting GTM plans, writing announcements, managing positioning, and supporting adoption long after launch day. As the voice of PostHog for engineers, work closely with product engineers to make sure our products land well. Own the GTM strategy and execution for all our data stack products and take the lead on driving their success. This role involves shipping work every week and learning fast from it.

Shape our product story, positioning and messaging across all channels from the website to communities. Drive GTM strategy: plan and execute product launches and campaigns that increase top of the funnel. Partner with Product & Sales to enable winning pitches and customer conversations. Build feedback loops from users, data, and market insights into product and GTM.

Define, shape, and scale how Ambience brings its products to market as a key member of the Product Marketing team. You’ll translate product capabilities into differentiated stories, partner cross-functionally to launch new products, and enable Sales to win competitive deals, owning both strategy and execution in a fast-moving, AI-driven healthcare environment.

Contribute to the OTC and Prime product vision and roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the product vision. Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches and track success metrics. Evaluate the performance and positioning of existing products and craft compelling product positioning and messaging strategies.

Support the Product Marketing team in launching new features and updates for the Assessments product line, including drafting internal documentation, coordinating timelines, and supporting enablement materials. Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing and sales collateral. Conduct light competitive and market research to support strategic decision-making.

As the Project Manager, you will work directly with the agency account teams and functional departments across all channels to ensure all Client work is delivered on time and on budget. You will serve as the key point-person who understands the scope of a client engagement and will manage how work gets done within the agency.
