Webflow is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to lead initiatives across the Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will partner with GTM leaders and IT systems teams to deliver scalable solutions that enable growth, optimize processes, and drive revenue performance. The role involves strategic project leadership, executive-level communication, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for management of assigned technical projects, executing day-to-day management of assigned project segments, and manages the group of projects as a whole, providing a single point of knowledge and control for the aggregate effort. Guides project teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, removes impediments, and facilitates discussion and decision making.
