In this role as Analyst, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for analytics and reporting used to drive the success of our Sales Department. You will investigate and implement opportunities for increased sales efficiency and revenue growth, working closely with department leadership and other functions in the business. This role involves monitoring performance, analyzing trends, assisting with capacity planning, collaborating cross-functionally, and administering CRM systems.

Focus in Customer Success Performance Analysis, reporting on key metrics through CS Operational tools. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets to provide actionable insights for Value Services leadership. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert providing strategic insights and recommendations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes.

Support the measurement of the GTM organization by selecting measures, ensuring systems & workflows are set up to get data, and delivering insights to drive action, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and GTM Applications, supporting decision making, process design, and GTM’s effectiveness through data analytics, insights, content production, project management, and cross-functional partnership.

Streamline campaigns, sales ops, and CRM workflows for a US-based client. Create and manage custom fields, campaign lists, and workflows in Salesforce to support efficient campaign operations. Find and enrich lead data, ensuring clean, segmented, and targeted outreach. Build and execute email campaigns in Marketo, connecting them seamlessly to Salesforce. Monitor performance and ensure smooth data sync between Salesforce and Marketo.

As a Deal Desk manager, you'll be the strategic anchor point for commercial deal execution—balancing speed, structure, and compliance across high-value observability contracts. You will partner closely with business stakeholders from Revenue, Sales, and Finance to solve key business challenges. You will create informative dashboards and visualizations that track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, sales pipeline health, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV). You will perform in-depth statistical analyses to understand and predict stage-by-stage funnel conversion, win-loss rates, revenue volume and trends, sales team performance, customer growth opportunities and churn.
