As a Regional Sales Director in the South Central region with Global Lending Services, you are responsible for increasing sales in the designated region (including MO, TN, and KY) through the development, support, and coaching of our Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents to position the organization as a leading supplier of high-quality auto financing.

Become a key member of Keyrock’s Institutional Sales business, focused on delivering OTC Spot, Derivatives, Lending and Borrowing services to the institutional client base. Leading and inspiring a national Sales Team, you’ll support them to achieve & exceed sales, profit and margin targets, retain, grow and gain customers in strategic partnerships with our Key Account customers. You will also take a pro-active role in devising, reviewing & revising the overall divisional sales plan, as well as promoting the culture of inclusion, equity and diversity across the division.
