Manage the entire sales cycle, from retaining existing customer investment and identifying new expansion opportunities to executing upsell and cross-sell strategies. Present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers, creating pathways for upselling solutions and ensuring the completion of the business cycle. This position is an opportunity to own and nurture customer relationships, stay in frequent contact, and build strategic partnerships.
You will lead some of Fixify's most important customer relationships and grow their presence across their broader organizations. Build relationships across those groups, show them what Fixify can do, and help bring them on board. Partner with operations to make onboarding seamless, ensure high-quality service delivery, and work with product to extend Fixify’s impact across their organizations.
Retain and grow existing high value/ strategic customers within the assigned territory. Manage all existing customer accounts within an assigned sales territory with focus on named high value/strategic accounts. Engage in consultative-selling techniques that provide recommendations on a problem to solution basis.
You will take responsibility for clients and the respective relationships, acting as the core contact to the customer. You will guide and consult the partner, helping them use our CMS effectively and increase platform traffic. The role involves proactively leading the relationship, maintaining a deep understanding of client KPIs, and implementing innovative marketing operations to show growth on the platform.
