The Renewals Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the continued success and satisfaction of our existing customer base by focusing on contract renewals and opportunities for account expansion. The Renewals Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for contract renewals, focusing on maximizing retention rates and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Manage and grow health plan customers as a subject matter expert on national & regional health plans and third party administrators. Drive initiatives forward working directly with health plan clients, and bring a passion to reverse type 2 diabetes with proven expertise navigating rapid change.

You'll be working with our users at the very start of their PostHog journey, helping them ensure they're using PostHog in the best possible way to retain customers and help them to build better products. As a trusted advisor, you'll be looking at how they're using PostHog and helping them set things up to get as much as possible out of the platform.
